When using the Deep Silver umbrella the optional translucent diffuser delivers the lighting effect of an indirect softbox with any catch-light showing also the shadow of the flash head. In this situation the central position of the Elinchrom head offers a more symmetrical result. When using the Deep White umbrella the optional translucent diffuser offers the lighting effect of an indirect softbox with any catchlight showing also the shadow of the flash head.
