Overview

The BY-M1 Universal Lavalier Microphone from Boya is an omnidirectional lavalier microphone that features a power pack, a battery, and a 3.5mm TRRS mini-jack connector.

It can be used to capture audio for smartphones, DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, tablets, and other audio/video recording devices. The BY-M1 microphone is built with a permanently attached 20' cable and is powered by the included battery (LR44).

The power module is equipped with an on/off switch, which allows you to turn off power on the microphone when using a smartphone or turn it on for cameras requiring a powered mic.

Furthermore, the BY-M1 is a high-quality condenser microphone that is ideal for accurate voice recording. It includes a foam windscreen, a clothing clip, a touch-tab fastener, an LR44 battery, a 3.5mm mini-jack to 1/4" adapter, and a carrying pouch.
