Overview

The Elinchrom Softbox Portrait Kit includes two Snaplux Quick-Open Softboxes, one Stripbox 14 x 30in, and one Octabox 24in, for portraiture setups. The Stripbox can be used as either a sidelight or fill light, while the Octabox is perfect for creating natural catchlights in your subject's eyes. Elinchrom selected this combination of light modifiers to create an ideal kit for beauty and portrait photography that will provide precise control over the direction and light spread with the included grids. Elinchrom Snaplux Quick-Open Softboxes Snaplux is Elinchrom's entry-level line of softboxes that combine the ease and set up speed of umbrellas with the directionality and light quality of softboxes. To create Snaplux Elinchrom sourced the same material used in their line of Deep Umbrellas for it’s proven durability and even spread of light. All Snaplux's include a 30° Snapgrid and carry case; however, the required speed ring is sold separately.
