  • The MFT-EOS is a manual adapter for mounting an EF-type lens to Micro Four Thirds camera bodies.
  • The use of EF-Mount lenses with a mechanical aperture ring (Canon EF Cine lenses, Zeiss Compact Prime, Samyang, etc.) is recommended. With original Canon EF lenses aperture control isn't possible.
  • When using original Canon EF lenses, aperture control is not possible. This adapter provides exact compensation of the flange difference of the two mounts
  • No information is transmitted between the camera body and the lens. Precision made lens adapter. Lenses can be manually focused up to infinity

Overview

The EF-Mount Lens to MicroFourThirds Body Lens Mount Adapter from NOVOFLEX allows a manual EF-Mount lens to be mounted to a MicroFourThirds mirrorless camera. Although the lens will fit physically, automatic diaphragm (AE metering), or any other functions are not retained using this adapter. In this case you will need to meter in "stop-down mode" since the lens does not have the ability to have its aperture controlled by the camera body.
