  • The VR-SLANT is designed to help you create spherical panoramas with only three or four overlapping shots. Ideal for use on a monopod.
  • Recommended for fisheye lenses with a diagonal viewing angle of 180Ëš . On full frame cameras, this means lenses with focal lengths from 8mm to 10mm.
  • Ideal for internet applications including virtual tours. Lens hoods should be removed when recording spherical panoramas.
  • NOVOFLEX Q-Plates use the Safety Pin Function, when combined with a NOVOFLEX Quick Release Unit Q=MOUNT or Q=BASE II

Overview

The NOVOFLEX QPL-VR Slim is an "L" shaped bracket plate that is designed for the VR-System Slim panoramic head. It features a rotatable upper arm that holds a Q=MOUNT Mini Quick Release Base and rotates with click-stops in 10° divisions. The L-bracket can be collapsed in the blink of an eye for easy storage. Fits on the NOVOFLEX Q=BASE II, Q=MOUNT quick release adapters, as well as the NOVOFLEX panorama panning plates with Arca-type quick release assembly. This is perfect, if you want to upgrade your Single-row VR-System Mini pano head to take multi-row images. Note: The NOVOFLEX Arca-type quick release plates are thinner by the slimmest of margins than Arca-Swiss quick release plates. They are not recommended for use in the Arca-Swiss Flip-Lock quick release clamp.
