Overview

The Saramonic TM-WS1 is a slip-on professional furry windshield for higher wind conditions, when the foam windscreen just won’t do. It is an ideal solution to get the best quality sound outdoors and in windy recording environments. Its multi-layered design provides optimum wind diffusion and noise rejection of up to 40dB, with very little high frequency loss for a remarkable price.

It has a flexible opening that fits snuggly on shotgun microphones with diameters from 19-24 mm (0.74-0.87") and can accommodate shotgun interference tubes of 12-17cm (4.72-6.69") in length.

While designed for the Saramonic SoundBird T3, SoundBird v1 and SR-TM1 shotgun microphones, the TM-WS1 windshield will also fit many industry standard shotgun microphones. Including, but not limited to these popular shotgun microphones:
