Each pack has loops in strategic areas that are compatible with the locking hooks on the straps. The straps are ideal for securing sleeping matts, sleeping bags and other items you may need to bring along on your journey but can’t fit inside your bag.
  • YKK Cam-Lock Side-Release Buckles - Each strap has a Cam-Lock Side-Release buckle. Cam-Locks prevent webbing from slipping and coming loose, which prevents any unneeded stops to re-fasten gear.
  • Chest-Mount the Shimoda Top Loader - Combining two sets of Accesspry Straps (4 straps in total) allows the Shimoda Top Loader (520-114) to be chest-mounted to a Shimoda backpack.

The Accessory Strap Set is perfect for those who need to secure adventure gear to the outside of their backpack. The cam-lock side-release buckle provides extra security and prevents webbing from slipping, keeping your gear fastened down tightly. Each of the two straps extend up to 50 cm (20 in.) in length. Two sets of Accessory Straps (4 straps in total) can be used to chest-mount the Shimoda Top Loader (520-114) to any Shimoda backpack.
