The 16.4' Power Cord C13 Angled for US with NEMA 5M 15 Plug is a spare or replacement for the one that comes with select Elinchrom flash heads. The cord has the commonly-used NEMA 5-15 connection (often seen on computers) and a 3-prong USA / North American plug. The cord is compatible with Elinchrom's BRX, D-Lite 4, D-Lite 2, and ELC series flash head.
