Overview
If you jump between shooting video with DSLRs, Mirrorlesses, Video Cameras, Smartphones, Tablets and GoPros, and you need an excellent sounding clip-on lavalier microphone that will work perfectly with all of them, the Saramonic LavMic is the answer. Not only does it supply broadcast-quality sound to a range of different kinds of cameras with its included wired lavalier microphone, it also features a second microphone input so you can attach an additional microphone to your device of choice.
The second microphone input is provided by the included miniature audio mixer. This unit also supplies a headphone jack, so you can always listen to your sound when you shoot. A Mono/Stereo switch is also provided, which gives you the option to record a single microphone to both tracks of your camera (Mono mode) or record two microphones separately on the left and right tracks in your camera (Stereo mode).

Its omnidirectional pickup pattern is the best choice for video production, as it provides smooth and even sound. You also get a Saramonic LM-CC1, which is a dedicated output cable for GoPro cameras (Hero3 and 4 models), an LM-PC1 cable for connecting to Smartphones or Tablets, and an LM-GC1 for connecting to DSLR, mirrorless, and other video cameras. The included microphone and cables feature locking mechanisms, so they won’t accidentally get unplugged.
